BOOT & BREW: Community Class
BOOT & BREW is BOOT Dance Project’s monthly community class offering designed to make dance more accessible while strengthening ties across Houston’s creative community. Each event features a 90-minute open-level class taught by a Texas-based dance artist, followed by an optional social hour at a local café to encourage deeper connection among attendees.
The low-cost class is open to movers of all backgrounds and prioritizes a welcoming environment. BOOT & BREW supports local dance professionals with paid teaching opportunities while activating local studio spaces and nearby businesses.
Location: Hunter Dance Studio, Houston, TX
Audience: Adult and college-age dancers (open level)
Cost: $12
Add-on: Post-class social hour (not required, but encouraged)
Instructors: Rotating roster of Houston-based dance artists
