Dillon Bell
Dillon Bell is a mover, maker, and artist currently based in Houston, Texas. Growing up in Daytona Beach, Florida, He moved to attend Sam Houston State University to pursue and graduate with a BFA in Dance. Dillon has worked with much-acclaimed choreographers such as Dual Rivet, Nicole Von Arx, Jessi Stegall, Francisco Graciano, Travis Lake, and Adele Nickel, including tap dance legends such as Nicholas Van Young, Sarah Reich, and the late Scott Poiley.
Dillon has had the opportunity to perform for professional companies, including Andrew and Dionne with NobleMotion Dance for PowerPlay, Stalactites, and Pressure Point, Joshua Manculich with WhirlWind Dance for the Columbus Arts Festival, and Regina Klenjowski with Regina Klenjowski Dance Company for New Dance Partners.
Dillon’s choreographic endeavors and accolades include presenting his heartfelt yet athletic Senior Capstone Pivot, at Sam Houston State University, along with other undergraduate concert presentations such as Echo Perception and CLIPPED, which received ACDA nominations. For Now, Scarecrow, originally choreographed in late 2023 and also receiving an ACDA nomination, was accepted to present at DanceSource Houston’s Mind The Gap: 30 concert. Dillon is beyond excited to present his newest work Calibur at Break-In Dance Fest.
